By using Commit Expense Pro+, provided by Vuelo Technologies, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Commit Expense Pro+ is a personal finance and expense management tool. It is not:

• A bank
• A financial institution
• A licensed financial adviser
• An accounting firm

Information generated by the app is for personal organizational and informational purposes only.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter manually
• Reviewing scanned or AI-extracted receipt information
• Maintaining the security of your device and account
• Keeping appropriate backups
• Complying with applicable laws

• OCR and AI features may automatically detect receipt information.
• Results can be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You must review the merchant, date and amount before saving.
• Commit Expense Pro+ should not be relied upon as the sole authoritative source for accounting, taxation, legal or financial records.

• Core local features may be available without an account.
• Certain online features require you to sign in.
• Cloud backup, restore and the Web Viewer depend on network and cloud availability.
• You remain responsible for verifying restored data.

Pro access may be offered through Weekly, Monthly and Yearly subscriptions. Prices and available plans are shown in the app and the relevant store, and may vary by country and currency.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable store's rules.
• Payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Cancellation must be managed through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
• Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Access to Pro features may end when the paid subscription expires.
• Billing, refunds, renewals and payment disputes are generally subject to the applicable app store's policies.

Eligible users may restore supported subscriptions using the Restore Purchase function in the app. Restoration depends on the store account originally used for the purchase.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Network failure
• Third-party service outages
• API or service limits
• Platform changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must not:

• Abuse or attack the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
• Reverse engineer protected services where prohibited
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with other users or the service infrastructure

The Commit Expense Pro+ branding, original software, user interface, content and related intellectual property belong to Vuelo Technologies or their respective owners, except for third-party components, which remain the property of their owners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vuelo Technologies is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on information in the app without independent verification. You are responsible for verifying important financial information and maintaining independent records and backups.

Access to the service may be restricted or suspended where there is abuse, fraud, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

Features and these Terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the published Terms and the "Last Updated" date.

The app relies on external platforms and services such as Apple, Google and Supabase. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
